So your gorgeous baby is ONE, and you’re thinking what do I do now? Where did that year go? Maybe you had time for a New-born photoshoot, maybe you didn’t get round to booking. You thought about the Christmas Minis but couldn’t get out of work to make it happen. Your baby is now a big One and you have no wall art around your home. You’ve 1000’s of photos on your phone that you will print off…honestly! But nothing you can be proud to hang in the nursery or to sit on Granny’s bedside table.

A Cake Smash is so much more than photos with a cake. Your baby still has that wee tuft of hair that won’t grow at the sides. Those two little bottom teeth that they didn’t have a few months ago. They’ve mastered sitting up and giving you lots of adorable smiles and faces. They are into everything, cautiously looking up with those big eyes for approval. They are your world, and within the blink of an eye they won’t be a baby anymore. Are you still with me? Don’t cry, together we can plan a session that will capture all this and more.

 

Cakesmash sessions are approx 1 hr long and can booked for the date of babies birthday or just before it. You will need to bring 2 large towels with you and make sure baby has had a good nap before we begin. All booking times are scheduled around baby’s nap and you will be emailed a full prep list on booking. Sessions also include portraits of baby, cake in any theme and bath photos. After the session you will be invited back to view them and decide if you want to purchase additional artwork.
