Jack & Charlie

I know that mostly everyone is biased about their children and now I finally get it because of these two little munchkins. If you have been following my work or Facebook blog for any length of time you will know these cheeky faces are a constant contender for something seriously cute.

Jack is 4 and is the most intelligent child I’ve ever met. Beyond inquisitive and genuinely loves to talk and learn from anybody and everybody. He’s one to watch in his new school and with Mum being a teacher it is hardly surprising. Maybe I should have clarified they are my cousins and not my own but I do spend a lot of time with them and have trained them to top modelling standards. If you have seen my famous Spiderman photo that’s Jack!

Charlie is 2 and is the typical little boy hammering through childhood with one worry… what is Jack going to do next so he can copy. You get the best hugs and kisses from Charlie and his one passion in life is chocolate and more chocolate. The way he says it is even too cute.

I have photographed these brothers since they could open their eyes and still they look at me and say cheese, even if I’m not holding my camera. Charlie always gives me my full title ‘Carrie McKee Photo’ and every time I can’t deal with how adorable he sounds. My most recent shoot with them was joining them on a family holiday to Donegal. With the weather we are having this summer, who needs to go abroad, right? So here we are Jack, Charlie and Mum Helena all enjoying the beach with rolled up jeans and matching jumpers. They aren’t the best photographs but I know they mean a lot to Mum.
